Hi think you are looking for an Uneeda Dollikin - they are multi-jointed have long straight hair and were Barbie sized - as well as other sizes. You can do a search on that name and find what they look like and possibly one for sale. E-bay auctions always has several up for auction at any time.
The little one 6 1/2" tall was also called Triki Miki.
