The smell reminds me of how dried up stool would smell
I have red sore/open hair bump by my gorn area near the shaft of my penis it also smells awful. WTF is it?
Its an abcess. Commonly caused by a staph infection that is found on the skin. Open spots in your skin let the infection in and it grows. and grows.
You need to go to a doc to get antibiotics and possibly open it with a needle or scalpel and drain it. Depending on the size.
