What can be done to strip red out of hair to get it more blonde without damage?

Not much really, any stripping or bleaching agents are going to damage your hair at least a little bit

If you dyed your hair red over blonde though, the red will start to fade

If not, just stripping it once isn't going to hurt too much, and you can always redye it later

nothing, all processes that srip colour from hair are damaging. all you can do is try and minimise the damage. what have you done already?

Removing color is a chemical process and no matter how well it's done, it will increase the damage to your hair. Anytime you chemically alter your hair in any way, it is considered to be "damaged" hair. Doing multiple chemical processes can leave your hair so damaged it will break off, be dry and frizzy, have no elasticity. The best thing you can do is leave it alone or go to a professional and at the very least, get a consultation about what to do. Consultations are free in most all salons.
