Look at those pictures. Buy 2 skeins of orange yarn. Buy some huge hair rollers and smaller wire and bristle hair rollers, and hot glue them like a football helmet all over your head - or get a friend to do it so that you don't actually glue it to yourself. Take it off and set it on a wigstand or upside-down bowl or colander and add rollers on top for the height. cover the whole thing with window screening. Start coiling the orange yarn the way that you see it in the pictures. Use plain old white glue or that spray stuff in craft shops. Start at least a week ahead! It will be nice and cool. If you use the rollers with the bristles, it should stay securely on your head with some discrete bobby pins.
