shades of green without getting too bright. Naturals ALWAYS look good. If those don't suit you try plums and purples. Try on several things until you find something you like. (you can buy a cheap "variety" pack at walgreens just for this)

fall colors would look lovely. I am the same as you so in the winter i wear dark brown liners and med brown eye shadow with white or pearl for the lids and top brow. in the summer however get a royal blue mascara for the eyes.

A soft grey would be great Maybe even a dusty green also very mudeuim lightish blues would look good! Also Pinkish brownish carmely colors or natrul colors like browns and tans! And maybe for a little twist purples could look good!

To make a color stand out, its an old trick to use that colors complementary color. The complementary color to blue is orange, but as most would probably think orange is too bright for everyday make-up, bronze and gold tones should be a good option - and both oranges and bronzes /golds should be good for ur complexion and hair color as well. Neutral brownish colors will probably work very well too.

omg, i love blue eyes and red hair. If i had your features I would seriously consider doing a smokey eye. That looks so good, trust me. If you dont want too dramatic of an eye you could use black eyeliner, mascara, and brown or dark purple eyeshadow. But, the best would be black liner, mascara, and blackish gray shadow. Good luck finding something you like.

I would definetely use the light browns and tans because that will bring out the blue of your eyes but it won't clash with your hair and don't put too much on because girls don't need make-up to make themselves look beautiful.
