You don't have to wait that long, but I would suggest going to a stylist. Red is one of the hardest colors to fix. Depending on what you want to change it to, the stylist might suggest adding hilights or low lights to tone down the red as opposed to bleaching it out and coloring over it. I wouldn't suggest trying to dye over it yourself, you could end up with streaks of different colors or the red and the new color could combine to create something completely different! Good Luck!

Well i would completley grow it out before you change it because when you mix red and another color together you don get a really pretty color. So wait untill it is all grown out

Yuo should wait to 6 months if you want to chage your hair to another color. I suggest 6 months because thats safer if you wait any shorter it might damage your hair and I wuouldnt want that for you.

Depending on what color you are trying to go back to it can be very difficult. You should check out a local salon. It's usually pretty reasonably priced. It sometimes takes a gradual change or some highlighting/lowlighting to get back to the original color without killing your hair. (Not the best solution, but you could dye your hair twice in one day and as long as you use good products and MOISTURIZE your hair you'll be okay. I have had to do this a couple of times.)

First, you should crop your hair to be totally bald, after that you should be bald for 6 months, then you may paint your head in each style and colour you want b-(

depending on the condition of your hair is how long you should wait to fix it... if your hair is in good condition you can change it after 7 days at the earliest... you should wait 10.. then if it is in bad shape wait a few months.. just remember that red is a hard colour to change.. just dont go and bleach it to go lighter or you will end up with a orange or pink colour.. the best bet is to do a shade darker.. put like a plain brown on it and you will end up with a really nice chestnut brown colour... the red will always come thru.
