I would say choose the black because it would look better.

If you were going to do pink instead of red then i would have said to do pink - it's more dramatic.

Are you trying to be dramatic? Cuz red highlights would look good.

But if you just are looking for a change, go for something a lot more subtle--highlights a couple shades darker that your hair. :)

Go for red it would look really cool! Orange would look good too. If you don't want ot stnad out. Go for light brown or a darker blonde highlights.

I am very fair skinned as well, and I like dying my hair black because it is such a stark contrast to my skin. So, I vote black.

Maybe orangish red (very suddle orange not OMG IT'S ORANGE!!, orange.) haha. (For highlights)
