Well a ton of people are telling me, this summer when I get my usual awesome emo/scene hairstyle. I should get some dark red put in (like tips or highlights).

yeah it would look great on you! You should ask for red highlights and ask the stylist to help you pick the right shade.

i think red would look awesome. Just your simpleness an edge haha. I think you should not put to much though, or else it would look to crazed you know.. lol.

hmm.. if you hair was make swooshy in the front i say you could do one hugeish streak in the front that would look awesome.
Or if you were to put your hair in a mo-hawk the color would really show lol.
