consult your cosmetologist. ash is not always the anwser. sometime a violet base can be better.

GO TO A PRO!!! Do not attempt to go blond on your own. You may end up with green hair. Ash has a green base to it so it is a little tricky to formulate the right combo of colors. If your hair is already colored you cannot go lighter without bleaching it. Good luck!

definatly go to a pro. you may need to get it belached first. some ash colours leave you hair with a greenish tint.

as a rule..opposite colors of the color wheel conteract each other and nutralise each other, but doing it the way you have said is not the way to do it.

Go to a hairdresser to get it done, due to the blonding stages on "redish" hair, they can be a bit decieving and you may end up with what you thought was a nice blond but will end up looking pinky,

just go the hairdresser

I wouldn't suggest it my friend had red undertones used an ash and she now has a green tint to her hair.

If you are trying to save money, you could try to go to beauty college. They have times they are open to the public
