Think seriously-if there is something else you can change-maybe the style, or some of your makeup. You see EVERYONE, including myself with blonde or highlighted hair. But you never see a naturally black haired lady. I know one, and everytime i see her, i have to look at her hair. She is a knockout, and she has a tan to go with it. You just dont see that around here.

I have dark brown hair and I added blonde to the top layer and I have gotten more compliments on how much younger I look besides why go with safe if you are going to do it go daring. Either way if you don't like it you can add color but if you go with red you will still have to bleach later.

go with red. but not the really really bright ones. my friend has dark black hair and she had a red-wine-ish colored highlight and it looked BEAUTIFUL it reflected under the light and it had that gorgeous hue to the dark hair.

plus it looked so much more natural!

Darker colors on your hair would look better. Blonde streaks might make you look like a skunk. You don't want that.
