Naturally black hair cannot be bleached all the way to blonde at home. The products sold to the public are purposefully not as strong as professional products, because the risk of error and therefore injury from the strong ingredients is too great.

I wouldn't use bleach. If you've already bleached your hair, more bleaching will just damage it more. Try Sun-In. Spray it into your wet hair and then blow-dry it. If you want platinum blonde, get Super Sun-In.

Ermmm...if you "bleached" your hair, it wouldn't be red. Bleaching makes your hair blonde. You just dyed it if it's now red.

And yeah, you can, but I would call a salon and see about getting it professionally done, because bleaching it after dying it (especially if you just dyed it not too long ago) could be damaging to your hair.
